Navarre Rotary Club Family Golf Tournament
The Rotary Club of Navarre announced that it will sponsor the 2010 Family Golf Tournament on Sunday October 24, 2010. The event is to be hosted at The Club at Hidden Creek. All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Rotary Education Scholarship Fund for Navarre High School.
The club says the tournament is geared towards everyone and not a showdown for expert golfers. It is a fun, family oriented event for the purpose of benefiting the Education Scholarship Fund for Navarre High School and is open to all golfers (and non-golfers) of all skill levels. The format of the tournament will be 9 Holes, 2-man Best Ball Scramble, which means each player takes a shot, and the best shot out of the two man team is counted.
Registration is $29 per Junior Player, $39 per Adult Player and covers Greens Fee, Cart Fee, Prizes, Lunch, and Free range balls. The tournament will commence with a 12pm shotgun start, with same day registration beginning at 11am. Participants may contact Daren Thomas at (850) 420-6828 with any questions.
